RESIDENSI WILAYAH
RUMAWIP (Residensi Wilayah) is an affordable housing program by the government for first-time homebuyers who live or work in the Federal Territories (Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Labuan). Homes are offered at prices below RM300,000 with a 10-year moratorium on resale. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens aged 21 and above, with a household income not exceeding RM15,000 per month.

RUMAH SELANGORKU
Rumah Selangorku is an initiative by the Selangor State Government to provide affordable housing for low- and middle-income residents of Selangor. House prices start as low as RM42,000 up to RM250,000, depending on the type and size.
Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above.
Priority is given to those who work or reside in Selangor.
The combined monthly household income (applicant and spouse) must not exceed RM14,500.
